The following questions may help you prepare your brief to us. When submitting your brief, please answer all of the below, and if possible, please elaborate on each point, to ensure we send you an accurate quotation from the start.
When we have received your brief, you will be contacted to clarify specifics, and discuss timelines to return the design and quotation to you.

Have you confirmed your stand booking? Please clearly state the name of the show and your confirmed stand number.

What is your budget to the nearest £10,000?

Can you give a brief description of the product (if any) you will be exhibiting at the show?

What is your main objective at the show i.e. active selling to gain new clients/ hospitality to retain existing clients/ equal mixture of both?

What will be the maximum number of staff on the stand at any one time?

Do you prefer quick casual conversations with your clients, or more lengthy detailed conversations in private?

What would be more important on your stand, private areas or open areas?

Would you require an area for lounge hospitality?

Will there be presentations. If so will you be needing any AV equipment i.e. Plasma, Laptops, speakers etc?
